The Board acts on behalf of the shareholders and is accountable to the shareholders as it guides and monitors the business and affairs of the Company. In addition, the Board is responsible for identifying areas of significant risk and ensuring arrangements are in place to adequately manage those risks.

Minah Moabi (Director of Corporate Affairs and Subsidiaries) is an Environmental Scientist with 21 years’ experience in mining and sustainability - ESG, SHE & regulatory affairs, stakeholder management, corporate social investment, enterprise and supplier development, and broad-based transformation agenda. She previously worked for Exxaro, BHP/BECSA and Universal Coal.
