Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for overall strategy, governance and performance of Ndalamo Resources.

The Board acts on behalf of the shareholders and is accountable to the shareholders as it guides and monitors the business and affairs of the Company. In addition, the Board is responsible for identifying areas of significant risk and ensuring arrangements are in place to adequately manage those risks.

Lelo Rantloane (Non-executive Director) is the founding CEO of Ata Capital and a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He has experience in debt capital markets, private equity and risk management, and has worked at Deutsche Bank, Rand Merchant Bank, and Morgan Stanley.

Mpho Nkhumeleni (Non-executive Director) is a chartered accountant with 13 years’ experience in financial management and reporting, taxation, commercial negotiations, debt structuring and management, as well as M&A transactions. She previously worked at PwC and Absa Capital.
